Caesarea and Meggido are two of the most important archeological sites in Israel. Herod's capital and the port on the shore of the Mediterranean sea, with an ancient theater, hippodrom and a citadel from the times of the crusaders, and King Solomon's administrative center also known as Armageddon, with remains from many eras (such as underground water system you can walk in), which was recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Center.
